TASTING MENU
The Belé tasting menu is a gastronomic journey consisting of seven courses to discover our menu.
Unlike the classic menu, the tasting menu has been developed to offer guests a complete and balanced experience.
It allows us to tell a story through the dishes that represent us the most, and gives us the opportunity reveal the philosophy of the restaurant as well as the creativity of chef Giulia Ferrara in a single dining experience.
Hours and Availability:
The tasting is available on the evenings of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday only for reservations until 9.30pm.
Saturday and Sunday at lunch for reservations until 1pm.
The tasting menu does not allow changes (except for serious intolerances or allergies) and is available for a minimum of 2 people.

ENTRÉE
Grilled veal tongue with turnip and date cream, beetroot salad, radishes and marinated ginger
Baked onion petals stuffed with mussels, chopped pine nuts and mint
FIRST COURSES
Nettle risotto with kiwi, horseradish and buckwheat crumble
Tagliolini creamed with 'nduja, with garlic cream and chicory coffee and salted lemons
SECOND COURSES
Seared scallops with cream of broad beans, rhubarb, salicornia and beer gel
Shredded lamb shank and lamb's lettuce topped with Greek yogurt and smoked tamarind sauce
DESSERT OF YOUR CHOICE
Corn and strawberry cake, with fresh strawberries, strawberry cream and Worcester sauce and strawberry, pepper and chilli sorbet
Dill yogurt mousse, with almond cake, lemon cream and peas
Apple panna cotta with pink grapefruit sorbet and Campari
